Sakura Sencha

This is one of our lovely spring seasonals!

When we describe florals like Jasmine, Gardenia, and Lilac, we often imagine something bright and botanical. In contrast, the scent of cherry blossoms is pillowy and sweet, like the feeling of a marshmallow. Paired with grassy sencha, this Sakura Sencha is a delightful experience of contrasts over the course of a single sip.

The aroma of the cherry blossoms dominates as you take a sip, transforming into the savory bloom of sencha as you swallow, and leaving residual lingering aroma of sakura blossoms that stay in your mouth and nose. 

Truly an excellent encapsulation of spring in your cup. Make sure you try resteeping this tea at least once!

Ingredients: Sencha green tea, cherry tree leaves, cherry blossom petals. (There may be trace amounts of sugar due to the cherry blossom petals being preserved using sugar).
