Order Policies

Lead time: Orders are processed and sent out 24-48 hours after you place your order. If you need to make any changes, contact us via email or phone ASAP.

Shipping: We will ship your order using the method selected. We do not offer refunds on shipping for delayed or stolen packages. If you would like to include shipping insurance, specify this in the "Notes" field during checkout. We will contact you with details.
- Phone orders: You are more than welcome to call and place an order over the phone during business hours. Please forgive us if you reach our voicemail - it gets busy sometimes but we will call you back just as soon as possible!
- Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. For tea purchases, our return policy is one week. Teas cannot be returned if they are opened. Teaware can be returned within one week of receipt if it is undamaged and unused. If your package is damaged upon delivery please send us photos of the damage within two days so we may file a claim with the post office. Any return shipment costs will be paid by the customer.
