Unlike most teas, the Si Ji Chun cultivar yields four flushes each year that have a consistent flavor of a spring oolong. This Taiwanese oolong is light and fresh with the floral aroma of gardenias. The flavor is equally floral but well-balanced by a medium body and buttery finish. Yields many infusions.
