This cozy oolong is a complex tea that combines the malty and floral aromas found in Taiwanese high mountain oolongs with a sweet fruity note that comes from a light roasting. The aroma is distinctly roasty with a hint of charcoal and the taste has a delightful, lingering, floral finish. It manages to be warm and roasted without being overly dark or smoky. Two leaves and one bud are tightly rolled together into a small ball, allowing for many infusions as the leaves slowly unfurl. We highly recommend trying at least six steeps with the same leaves.
