Unlike most teas, this cultivar yields four flushes (or harvests) each year that have a consistent flavor of a spring oolong. This Taiwanese oolong is light (only 10% oxidized) and fresh with the strong aroma of lilacs and morning gardenia. The flavor is sweet and floral, well-balanced with a medium body and buttery finish. This tea is excellent for beginning brewers and experienced tea-lovers alike. The hand-processed leaves yield many infusions.
