Also called "pouchong", this is one of the lightest oxidized oolong teas (only about 10%). It treads the line between green tea and oolong tea. Baozhong brews a light, floral cup that is smooth and full-flavored with a clean finish. Following the traditional methods, our Baozhong is prepared with long twisted leaves, not rolled.
