We’re so excited to have this as part of our collection! This tea is from central Fujian, China and it reminds us of a Jin Jun Mei—another famous black tea from Fujian, China. It’s unfalteringly smooth, with a crème brûlée sweetness with an edge of almost-burnt dark sugar. There’s also a character that reminds us of pumpernickel bread, which just serves to give more interest to this complex and cozy tea.
