This light oolong is from the region around Dong Ding (Icy Peak) Mountain in central Taiwan. It is lightly oxidized and very lightly roasted. It has a complex flavor that is slightly malty but still floral with a subtle fruity finish. The tightly rolled leaves yield many infusions, each different from the last.
