I had an appointment over at the Pike place Clinic, and after I was finished, I wandered over to this little place, really wonderful. I bought the Rooibos Tisane, which has almond flavor, it took me about 2 seconds to decide I wanted some, after the helpful clerk mentioned that I could take any of the tea jars down and have a smell. The typical bagged tea in boxes is somewhere between 2-6$, and the bags are good for 2 steeps, but this loose tea, especially rooibos, is 4oz for 10$. A really good deal, as it truly only requires 1tsp of tea to make a cup. I put about 2 tbsp in my cup, and have been steeping it all day (so far, 5 cups) and it is still a deep dark flavorful red color. 4oz of probably any loose tea from this place will easily yield you 50 cups of tea, so in the end, far better quantity, flavor, and aroma than any bagged or boxed tea. Don't be tricked by these fancy box teas in the grocery store. the loose tea will always be better. Glad I found this place! Oh and the almond flavor is really exquisite, it is not subtle, but it is fantastic, not bitter at all.
