> Green
- Green tea represents the beginning of all teas.
- Picked at specific times of the year, sometimes at specific times of the day, the leaves are "withered", dried and graded.
- During the drying process, some are pan fried and turned by hand to create rolled leaves, others are turned into long, thin strips that look like green straw and have an aroma of sea mist or fresh cut hay fields.
- Whichever you select, you can be sure we hve done our best to make sure the teas are the freshest and best quality we can find.
Remember, when you purchase one pound (16 oz) or more of any one tea, you get a 10% discount on that tea. |
