Large leaf China Oolong picked August 2011.  Grown at the Tian Xing Tea Farm in Fujian China. Also known as a 5 color oolong - 7 color being the absolute top grade.

Very dark, 60-70% fermented, this tea has a rich, fruity aroma and taste with a light, spicy finish.  Sue's favorite Oolong, elegant and delicious.
